Terms and Conditions

1.    Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions.
2.    Entry is open to residents of New Zealand only. Employees & their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.    One entry only per person. No responsibility is accepted for lost or misdirected mail entries. Any entry not complying with these terms & conditions is invalid.
4.    The promotion commences Friday August 27, 2010. Entries close 5.00 pm on Friday 1st October, 2010. The prizes will be drawn on Friday, October 1, 2010. The draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.    There are 3 prize draws which include a range of activities that are part of the Spring FamilyFest in the Waimakariri Region from 1st to 10th October 2010.
6.    Prize must be taken by Sunday, October 10th, 2010.
7.    All other costs are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Neither the promoter nor their agencies are responsible for any loss, injury, death or misadventure that may occur as a result of taking these prizes.
8.    All entries become property of the promoter.
9.    The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.    By participating, entrants grant permission to use their names, voices and likeness in connection with the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
11.    The Promoter is Visit Waimakariri.
