The Kaiapoi Art Expo displays a wide range of art disciplines by local art groups, individual artists and artisans, all under one roof, over two days.

The 7th annual Kaiapoi Art Expo and the return of the popular Westpac Waimakariri School's Art Exhibition will be held over the weekend of Saturday 21 July and Sunday 22 July 2012 in the Riverview Lounge at the Kaiapoi Club from 10am - 5pm daily.

The Expo includes a wide range of art disciplines featuring local art groups as well as individual artists and artisans.  On display will be a varied array of artistic interpretations of life in our community through the skills of painters, potters, weavers, jewellers and sculptors.

Whether the medium is clay, metal, paper, canvas or fabric the result will be sure to fascinate anyone interested in the expression of art in its many forms.

The Kaiapoi Art Expo offers emerging artists, from beginners to professionals and crafts people an opportunity to sell, or display and develop their talents.
