Situated down a private lane makes our home quiet & secure. A large roundabout entrance allows for easy access & parking. A cosy unit set in a tranquil one acre garden setting. 

Comprising of 1 bedroom, lounge, shower & toilet, this unit sleeps 2-4 people.  Private entry, with garden patio. Coffee & tea making facilities, plus cutlery, and a fridge. Continental breakfast provided. Spacious off road parking. Approx 20-30 mins to Christchurch city center & 15 mins to airport. Easy access to Northern motorway. Close to beaches, rivers & many beautiful walks.

Guests have full access to our garden. They are welcome to use the entertainment area, pat our old Labrador, 'Grunter', or visit the chickens. We have two bee hives, but these are tucked away toward the back of the garden & should not be of concern to guests. You are welcome to watch us when we work with the hives. Please note, there is a fish pond, so keep an eye on your children.

Although either my husband or I are available most days, we do value our guests privacy & will maintain a discreet distance.
